Every subscription starts with a free trial, so you can see HeyAlbert with your own use case before you pay.
Free trial
The 2-day free trial is free. You are not charged for it. See pricing for what the annual plan includes.
No refunds after sign-up
After the 2-day free trial and sign-up, we do not offer any refunds — no pro-rata refunds and no refunds for unused months.
This applies to the annual subscription, renewals and all add-ons, including phone support, meetings, events and bespoke reports.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew annually. To avoid the next year's charge, cancel before your renewal date; you keep access until the end of the term you have paid for. Subscriptions are also governed by our Terms of Service.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Secure and safe, for peace of mind. We never store your credit card information. Read how we handle personal information in our Privacy Policy.
