HeyAlbert works with Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Redtail and Wealthbox today through a CSV export you import with each CRM’s own import tool; direct API sync is early access and on the roadmap, not live.

How it works today
- In HeyAlbert, filter the Database to the people you want (for example a wealth band in your metros) and click Export to download the CSV.
- Open your CRM’s own import tool and upload the CSV.
- Map the columns. Keep
person_idin a custom field so later exports update the same records instead of creating duplicates. - Keep
source_urlon the record so anyone can open the public source behind a prospect.
CSV columns
The export carries: person_id, name, city, state, company, title, band, grade, crossover_candidate, political_leaning, top_cause, home_value, home_value_type, business_value, stock_value, finance_value, finance_value_type, fec_total, adv1_firm, adv1_aum_usd, possible_duplicate, evidence, source_url, source_sweep. Meanings are in the data dictionary. HeyAlbert does not export personal emails or phone numbers.
Leave out of CRM imports: fec_total and political_leaning. Federal law restricts using FEC contributor information for soliciting or commercial purposes, so keep it out of systems you use for outreach. Estimates such as band, home_value and stock_value are for your preparation only; do not quote them to prospects.
Export allowance
Each seat can export 100 records a month and 1,200 a year (see pricing). Exports are for internal business use by named users under our data licensing terms. The full column list is in the data dictionary.
