Can HeyAlbert integrate with Salesforce? Yes: export a CSV from HeyAlbert and import it as Leads or Contacts with Salesforce’s Data Import Wizard; a direct Salesforce API sync is early access / on the roadmap, not live today.

Leave out of CRM imports: fec_total and political_leaning. Federal law restricts using FEC contributor information for soliciting or commercial purposes, so keep it out of systems you use for outreach. Estimates such as band, home_value and stock_value are for your preparation only; do not quote them to prospects.
Import steps
- In Salesforce Setup, open Object Manager → Lead → Fields & Relationships → New and create the custom fields above. Create matching fields on Contact and map them in the Lead field mapping so they carry over when a lead converts. Add HeyAlbert to the Lead Source picklist.
- In HeyAlbert, filter the Database to the people you want (for example a wealth band in your metros) and click Export to download the CSV.
- The export has one
namecolumn. Split it into first and last name in a spreadsheet before importing, because the CRM needs a last name. - In Setup, open the Data Import Wizard, choose Leads (or Contacts and Accounts), then Add new records, and upload the CSV.
- Map each column as in the table, review the mapping and start the import. Salesforce emails you when it finishes.
Avoiding duplicates
- Make HeyAlbert ID an External ID with unique values, so Salesforce refuses a second record with the same id.
- For later exports, use an upsert on HeyAlbert ID (for example with Salesforce Data Loader) so existing records are updated instead of duplicated.
- Rows without a company still need a Company value on Leads; use a consistent placeholder your team agrees on, or import those people as Contacts.
Export allowance
Each seat can export 100 records a month and 1,200 a year (see pricing). Exports are for internal business use by named users under our data licensing terms. The full column list is in the data dictionary.
